Job Summary

Own process validation and the design control workflow to support smooth transitions of new products into production. Review and validate quality engineering documents across hardware, software, and system design, and initiate quality improvement projects tied to reliability and post-market surveillance. Analyze performance data, perform root cause analysis, and strengthen risk management through subject-matter expertise. Prepare for and support audits and ensure continuous improvement across the product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

•Guide comprehensive process validation plan implementation using statistical tools to support product transition to production.
•Ensure design control execution from design input elicitation/validation through verification, validation, and design transfer with regulatory and quality compliance.
•Review quality engineering documents (including quality plans) for hardware, software, and system design to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
•Propose and initiate quality improvement projects integrating quality, reliability, and post-market surveillance plans across the product lifecycle.
•Analyze performance data and conduct root cause analysis to address quality deficiencies; support risk management and readiness for quality audits/inspections.

Key Requirements

•6+ years of Medtech industry experience
•Ability to implement process validation plans using statistical tools and guide transition of new products to production
•Support software design control processes, including validating design inputs and managing verification, validation, and design transfer
•Review and ensure compliance of quality engineering documents and quality plans for hardware, software, and system design
•Perform root cause analysis, CAPA/defect management, and support risk management across the product lifecycle
