Key Responsibilities

  • •Define your own direction within strategic goals while operating with high autonomy and navigating ambiguity.
  • •Design end-to-end ML systems to build predictive models and derive actionable insights for real-world business challenges.
  • •Bridge engineering, business, and science by translating between technical and business language and clarifying requirements for AI work.
  • •Architect scalable data strategies across teams, including data governance, quality frameworks, integration for undocumented schemas, and modern data warehousing/lakehouse adoption.
  • •Lead rapid prototyping and AI evaluation/governance initiatives, including setting evaluation standards and training teams on verification and risk management.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering with 8–12 years of relevant experience leading complex technical projects with multi-team impact.
  • •Expert capability designing end-to-end ML systems for complex problems, including imbalanced data and concept drift, using advanced statistical methods and causal inference.
  • •Experience with experimentation design (A/B testing, MABs) and deep learning for unstructured data such as NLP and computer vision.
  • •Proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy) or R, plus cloud data/ML services (AWS SageMaker, GCP Vertex AI, Azure ML Services).
  • •Hands-on experience with big data (Spark, Hadoop) and MLOps tools (Kubeflow, MLflow, Docker).
