Satellite Mechanical Design Engineer

Own the mechanical design of satellite structures, mechanisms, and related hardware from concept through qualification and on-orbit operations. Translate requirements into manufacturable 3D CAD models, dimensioned drawings, and interface control documents (GD&T), then plan and lead verification tests. Optimize designs for manufacturability, cost, mass, and reliability while partnering with electrical, software, systems, and thermal engineers to integrate components into the satellite platform.
