Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead safe, compliant delivery of planned and reactive maintenance across the VIVO RFCA contract.
  • •Coordinate day-to-day service delivery, deploying suitably qualified operatives with correct equipment, skills, and authorisations.
  • •Oversee safe systems of work, review Risk Assessments and Method Statements, and ensure accurate CAFM record-keeping with on-time supporting documentation.
  • •Act as key point of contact for end users and internal stakeholders, resolving operational issues and complaints and supporting development of additional works.
  • •Manage small billable works, balancing operational priorities with commercial awareness, cost management, and forward maintenance planning.

Key Requirements

  • •Practical experience delivering planned and reactive maintenance services, ideally with responsibility for small project delivery.
  • •HNC (or equivalent experience) in a building, civil, electrical, or mechanical discipline.
  • •Management-level Health & Safety qualification such as SMSTS.
  • •Strong IT skills with confidence using Microsoft Office and CAFM systems.
  • •Comfort taking on additional responsibilities such as Legionella, Asbestos, Confined Space, or Working at Height Authorised Person roles (training provided where required).
