Key Responsibilities

•Architect a bold multi-year strategy for the SSC and lead a 200+ FTE organization to support growth across O2C, P2P, and R2R processes.
•Drive operational excellence through digitalization, standardization, and automation to accelerate value delivery.
•Ensure impeccable day-to-day operations with strict SLA/OLA compliance and proactive stakeholder engagement for timely O2C, P2P, and R2R delivery.
•Maintain robust compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements (BOI, BIR, SEC).
•Champion a data-centric approach to performance management using real-time dashboards and analytics, with KPIs including cNPS and eNPS.

Key Requirements

•15+ years of SSC/GBS experience, including at least 3 years in a senior leadership role
•Proven track record leading 150+ FTE multi-tower operations (O2C, P2P, R2R)
•Knowledge of ERP/workflow/automation tools (SAP, Ariba, Concur) preferred
•Executive communication with C-suite and strong stakeholder management
•Demonstrated strong people leadership and culture development, driving engagement and performance
