Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive employee engagement and recognition across the Branch Network through structured R&R programmes and staff initiatives.
  • •Create and publish internal communications, including ePosters, campaign announcements, trivia/quiz communications, and other approved updates.
  • •Manage end-to-end rewards fulfilment within agreed timelines and ensure winners are informed clearly.
  • •Plan and execute engagement events and coordinate logistics and stakeholder inputs to maximize participation.
  • •Own governance for Gifts & Entertainment and ABC controls, maintain documentation/evidence for audit readiness, and escalate exceptions appropriately.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • •Strong communication skills with client focus and the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • •Strong sales orientation, networking, and portfolio management skills.
  • •Sound knowledge of financial services products/services and the client relationship management system.
  • •Ability to communicate well in English; familiarity with AI-enabled tools is an advantage.
