Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage recruiting pipelines through sourcing, screening, and referrals for multiple complex searches to engage technical talent.
  • •Collaborate with the recruiting team and hiring managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle to meet business needs.
  • •Develop holistic stakeholder relationships and drive innovative sourcing strategies and projects to improve recruiting efficiency.
