Serve as a financial concierge for walk-in customers, helping retain and grow consumer and business relationships. Proactively identify customers’ goals and needs, recommend appropriate deposit and lending products, and accurately process transactions. Provide excellent customer service while educating customers on banking services and technology, and refer customers to other bank areas to deepen relationships. Follow all operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies.
