Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead delivery of Hybrid Navy projects with full accountability for cost, schedule, quality, and performance outcomes for customers and stakeholders.
  • •Act as Control Account Manager managing project budgets, forecasts, risks, opportunities, and financial performance.
  • •Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across Engineering, Commercial, Supply Chain, Finance, Product Management, and Business Development to drive project success and innovation.
  • •Support development of future Hybrid Navy opportunities through customer engagement, bid support, planning activities, and delivery of technology demonstrators and capability development projects.
  • •Report to the Senior Programme Manager and manage planning, execution, and control of technology demonstrators, concept studies, and experimentation activities.
Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 60,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Proven project management experience in defence, engineering, technology, or complex systems environments with responsibility for cost, schedule, and delivery performance.
  • •Strong understanding of project management methodologies, governance, and controls, including managing risks, budgets, stakeholders, and integrated project plans.
  • •Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across matrix organisations.
  • •Experience coordinating across multidisciplinary teams to drive project outcomes for customers and stakeholders.
  • •Ability to support technology demonstrators, experimentation activities, and customer-funded initiatives in a defence/technology context.
