Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as finance lead for the R&D organization, partnering with C-level leaders on budget trade-offs, headcount decisions, and infrastructure investment.
  • •Own FP&A for R&D and Supply Chain Operations, including monthly business reviews, quarterly reforecasts, and the annual operating plan.
  • •Own forecasting and controllership across key cost drivers such as COGS and gross margin, hardware costs, employee expenses, total compensation economics, and AI infrastructure spend.
  • •Build scalable financial processes and automate reporting using AI tools to deliver real-time visibility to R&D leadership.
  • •Lead, develop, and manage a high-performing, inclusive finance team, including hiring and growth.
