Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, build, and ship experiments across the full user journey to improve onboarding, retention, and engagement.
  • •Develop features (e.g., gamification, personalization) to deepen user connection and drive growth metrics.
  • •Build and run AB tests at scale, instrument features for measurement, and partner with Data for evidence-based decisions.
  • •Move quickly with fast prototyping, gather user feedback, and iterate in short cycles.
  • •Bridge business, product, and technical stakeholders to translate challenges into engineering solutions and enable frictionless growth.
