The North Face: Supervisor - Burlington Mall

Lead store operations at The North Face by supporting the store leadership team, driving an exceptional customer experience, and helping achieve sales and profit goals. Coach and develop associates, supervise daily opening/closing and floor coverage, and maintain operational excellence across merchandising, inventory accuracy, shipments/receiving, and loss prevention. Partner with store leaders to foster an inclusive team culture and support community engagement through local initiatives and events.
