Key Responsibilities

•Lead full-cycle recruitment for entry-level through mid-level roles across multiple communications disciplines.
•Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs, define candidate profiles, and develop recruitment strategies.
•Source, screen, assess, and present top talent while building diverse candidate pipelines through proactive outreach and networking.
•Deliver a high-touch candidate experience from outreach through offer and onboarding, keeping candidates engaged throughout the process.
•Manage recruiting operations in Greenhouse and other talent systems while using AI tools and talent analytics to improve hiring outcomes.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 40,000 - 85,000 annually

Schedule:4-Day Week

Key Requirements

•3-4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
•Recruiting experience in a PR, communications, marketing, advertising, consulting, or professional services organization (PR agency experience highly desirable).
•Experience recruiting across multiple U.S. markets and talent pools.
•Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining a strong candidate experience.
•Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, preferably Greenhouse, and recruiting technologies such as Metaview, Crosschq, LinkedIn Recruiter, and AI-powered tools.
