Job Summary

Lead a 70+ person inside sales organization (including 8 managers) driving Direct-to-Merchant New Sales, Renewals, and Win-Backs. Own channel strategy and execution to exceed revenue targets and long-term growth KPIs, partner with the CRO on forecasting and performance, and use analytics to evolve sales processes and compensation. Collaborate across Sales Ops, Underwriting, Marketing, and Technology to launch campaigns, optimize the customer journey, and build rep efficiency and automation.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive the strategy for direct sales channels to exceed revenue targets and long-term growth KPIs.
•Partner with the CRO on sales forecasting, company-wide initiatives, and real-time performance analysis.
•Lead departmental change by implementing new processes while maintaining high team buy-in.
•Use analytics to assess performance, evolve sales processes, and design competitive compensation programs.
•Partner with Sales Ops, Underwriting, and Marketing and collaborate with Technology to launch campaigns and build tools that improve rep efficiency and automation.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of sales experience, including at least 3 years managing managers.
•4+ years managing short-cycle, high-volume inside sales operations.
•3+ years overseeing a full department or business unit with P&L or heavy quota accountability.
•Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
•Ability to digest complex data and translate it into actionable sales strategies.
•Experience in financial services or fintech is a significant asset.
•Exceptional verbal and written communication to influence at the executive level.
