  • •Develop and maintain training content (job aides), including skills matrices, on-the-job training documentation, and safety/quality procedures.
  • •Facilitate hands-on practical training on the production floor using real-life scenarios and troubleshooting exercises.
  • •Create and continuously improve training materials such as instructional design guides and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • •Coordinate training administration (scheduling, logistics, evaluation) and partner with SMEs and instructional/LMS professionals; travel 40–50% to support sites.

Key Requirements
