Key Responsibilities

  • •Own integrated campaign planning and execution for new logo acquisition in the Business & Government segment, from brief to launch to performance reporting.
  • •Design and run ABM programs for target accounts, translating GTM positioning into audience-specific narratives and assets.
  • •Lead field and event marketing, including regional programs, third-party conferences, and post-event attribution tied to pipeline contribution and outcomes.
  • •Manage pipeline generation and attribution, including multi-touch attribution, weekly review of pipeline targets, and using intent/buying signals to prioritize audiences.
  • •Develop campaign assets and run performance reporting/optimization, coordinating with marketing, product marketing, content/brand, marketing ops, and sales to ensure correct tracking and attribution.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 105,200 - 115,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •8–10 years of B2B demand generation or growth marketing experience with measurable pipeline contribution in an enterprise environment (e.g., EdTech, SaaS).
  • •Proven track record building and executing integrated campaigns that generate pipeline (not just leads) with an owned, measurable contribution number.
  • •Strong ABM experience running account-based programs and measuring impact at the account level.
  • •Hands-on field and event marketing ownership, including end-to-end event budgets and post-event attribution.
  • •Strong knowledge of HubSpot or Marketo and Salesforce, plus experience with intent data platforms (e.g., 6sense or Demandbase).
