Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee multiple processes by monitoring, reporting, and planning process improvement or redesign initiatives.
  • •Define, establish, and manage process controls; identify improvement opportunities and implement them with groups such as the Risk office and management.
  • •Collect, analyze, and measure process data to support recommendations, reporting to senior leadership, and identifying trends and gaps.
  • •Resolve complex problems by interpreting policies, guidelines, and processes; escalate breakdowns and involve the right stakeholders to correct issues.
  • •Maintain formal process documents and collaborate on cross-functional initiatives, including coaching junior PM levels on processes and performance targets.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 80,800 - 92,200 annually

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
  • •At least 1 year of experience in Microsoft Office or G Suite
  • •At least 2 years of experience in Business Process Management, Project Management, Relationship Management, or Risk Management
  • •Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
  • •Experience working within data management and data governance frameworks, including metadata standards, data quality checks, and data lineage protocols
