Trade Ops Group Manager

Lead end-to-end trade execution and post-trade operations across all asset classes within the Wealth platform, ensuring best execution, operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and strong client/advisor experience. Own trading and trade operations strategy, oversee executions and escalations, manage vendor and custodian relationships, and drive continuous improvement. Build and mentor trading operations teams while monitoring risk indicators and resolving trade breaks, settlements, and operational incidents.
