Key Responsibilities

•Assist with end-to-end preparation, coordination, and execution of quarterly and annual SEC filings (10-Q, 10-K, and ad-hoc 8-K) to ensure timely, accurate, and complete submissions.
•Serve as a key point of contact for preparation, review, and tie-out of financial statements, footnotes, and disclosures, ensuring consistency with U.S. GAAP and SEC rules.
•Manage the Workiva (Wdesk) reporting environment including roll-forwards, data collections, certifications, and XBRL tagging and review through final filing.
•Partner with corporate accounting, tax, treasury, legal, sustainability, and communications to support complete and accurate disclosures as part of quarterly financial statement preparation.
•Support process and team improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and reliability, improving reporting workflows and control documentation, and using tools (e.g., Workiva, Blackline, Excel) with a focus on automation.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field with accounting coursework.
•4+ years of progressive experience in public accounting, corporate accounting, financial reporting, audit, or a related finance/accounting role.
•Exposure to quarterly accounting and financial reporting processes and SEC filings such as Forms 10-Q and 10-K.
•Working knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting requirements, including financial statement presentation and disclosures.
•Experience coordinating across multiple stakeholders and functions in a deadline-driven environment.
