Cook & Commis

Prepare and cook menu items according to restaurant recipes while supporting experienced chefs in a fast-paced kitchen. You’ll assist with mise en place, cooking, and plating, maintain cleanliness and organization at your station, and follow portion control and presentation guidelines. The role emphasizes strict adherence to food safety and hygiene protocols and helping the kitchen team during high-volume service periods.
