Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure plant employees and guests comply with safety and environmental practices and lead a safety-first culture.
  • •Lead production scheduling to meet customer needs and ensure timely delivery.
  • •Develop customer service focus with proactive communication across the team.
  • •Partner with engineering to ensure correct drawings and designs are used during manufacturing.
  • •Hire, supervise, orient, train, and retain operations/product staff; maintain a clean, tour-ready workplace.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of experience working in a leadership role in an industrial manufacturing environment.
  • •Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • •Proven track record of developing, leading, and maintaining a continuous improvement mindset at the plant.
  • •Ability to read drawings and plan production tasks from those drawings, coaching employees to produce product correctly.
  • •Computer proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP as necessary.
