Own end-to-end design for Thumbtack’s New Booking Experience, turning complex problems into intuitive, customer-centric user flows. Partner with designers, researchers, product managers, engineers, data scientists, and marketers to shape the roadmap and deliver measurable outcomes. Use qualitative data and customer/pro experience to guide decisions, rapidly prototype in Figma, and continuously test, learn, and iterate through experimentation to improve both user and business goals.
