Job Summary

Lead engineering finance for the Tools & Outdoor business by providing financial leadership and decision support to the Taiwan Design Center. Build financial models to evaluate program investments, support engineering operating rhythms (operating plan, forecasts, business reviews, and strategic planning), and act as the finance liaison across FP&A and finance teams. Drive finance process improvements to improve Engineering ROI transparency and deliver project-level insights for SG&A and CAPEX.

Key Responsibilities

•Evaluate financial potential of new programs (e.g., NPD, productivity, GSC initiatives) using financial models to drive prioritization.
•Support engineering rhythms by delivering HTAS Taiwan Design Center insights to keep projects on time, quality, and budget.
•Manage key financial deliverables for annual, quarterly, monthly, and multi-year planning and executive meetings.
•Serve as finance liaison with Tools & Outdoor FP&A, Brand Finance, and GSC Finance; partner with the Brand Team and Design Center leader on special projects.
•Transform finance by developing new processes to improve Engineering ROI transparency and provide feedback on business case planning and CAPEX/SG&A insights.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting and 4–7 years of relevant financial experience.
•High business acumen with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•Ability to prioritize across multiple deliverables and manage initiatives while developing new financial processes.
•Strong executive communication/presentation skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
•Working knowledge of ERPs and financial reporting systems (BA&R, HFM) plus PowerBI.
