Key Responsibilities

  • •Evaluate the financial potential of new engineering programs (NPD, Productivity, GSC initiatives) using models to drive investment prioritization.
  • •Support engineering planning rhythms by delivering HTAS Taiwan Design Center insights to help ensure projects are on time, on quality, and on budget.
  • •Manage key financial deliverables for annual operating plans, quarterly forecasts, monthly business reviews, 3-year strategic plans, and executive meetings.
  • •Serve as the Taiwan Design Center finance liaison with Tools & Outdoor FP&A, Brand Finance, and GSC Finance.
  • •Transform finance by developing new processes to improve Engineering ROI transparency and provide project-level insights for SG&A (development costs) and CAPEX investments.

Key Requirements

  • •4-7 years of relevant financial experience with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • •High business acumen with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • •Demonstrated ability to prioritize across multiple deliverables, project manage initiatives, and develop new financial processes.
  • •Strong executive communication and presentation skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • •Working knowledge of ERPs and financial reporting systems (BA&R, HFM) and PowerBI.
