Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a global team of Child Safety Leads and Specialists, setting goals and ensuring daily operational effectiveness and wellness.
  • •Coach and mentor team members and devise development plans for their professional growth.
  • •Manage escalations of child safety requests, liaising with Legal, Policy, Product, Government Relations, and law enforcement operations teams as needed.
  • •Identify risks and issues across the business and create proactive programs, processes, and regular stakeholder reporting.
  • •Enhance operational workflows through process improvements and automation opportunities, and drive innovation in implementing safeguarding policies.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience with Trust & Safety issues focused on child safety and online abuse.
  • •5+ years of management experience leading operational and cross-regional teams.
  • •Experience handling law enforcement child safety investigations and engaging with law enforcement.
  • •Experience reviewing or being exposed to sensitive content as part of removal flows calibrations and escalations management.
  • •Experience managing multiple projects and devising team strategies, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
