Job Summary

Own pre-season and in-season demand planning for HOKA Retail concept stores and outlets, partnering with cross-functional teams to maximize sales opportunities while minimizing inventory risk. Build and reconcile sales plans and Open-to-Buy (OTB) across key milestones, using forecasting and pricing/markdown analysis. Lead monthly demand reviews and S&OP, maintain demand plans in planning tools, and support merchants and allocators with sell-through and allocation execution.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive pre-season planning by building LRP/MFP, setting financial targets, and leading division/department/class plan development with alignment across merchants and channel leadership.
•Create bottoms-up style-color level sales and buy plans (size level) and reconcile with tops-down plans through a middle-out process.
•Own in-season OTB forecasting, re-forecast bottoms-up, and adjust to trends by dropping excess or chasing needed inventory.
•Lead monthly retail demand review process and participate in monthly S&OP to obtain sign-off for official demand publishing.
•Maintain retail demand plan systems, provide rolling sales forecasts, and guide allocators with demand awareness to support allocation execution.

Key Requirements

•Support long-range plan (LRP) and merchandising finance plan (MFP) build-up with retail channel business insights.
•Set season and product-mix financial frameworks and targets to support channel strategy and brand structure.
•Develop and reconcile tops-down and bottoms-up plans using statistical, heuristic, and AI forecasting models.
•Take ownership of detail-level planning across milestones (e.g., GTM2, Brand Conference, local tradeshow and buy window) and high-level OTB planning.
•Maintain retail demand plans in a demand forecasting tool to ensure data flow to supply planning.
