Key Responsibilities

  • •Launch critical power infrastructure products that meet customer requirements and Eaton safety, quality, reliability, cost, and schedule commitments.
  • •Design and develop new UPS and energy storage products, including SiC three-phase UPS systems and lithium-ion energy storage systems for mission-critical loads.
  • •Specify and qualify electrical components, create circuit diagrams/harness designs, develop BOMs, and produce technical documentation.
  • •Support prototype builds and validation work in lab settings, including DVT and testing with engineers and technicians.
  • •Work with global teams to address performance, functionality, safety, reliability, quality, and component availability, and participate in system architecture and design reviews.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with minimum 3 years in electrical product development, or a Master’s degree with at least 1 year in power electronics design/development.
  • •Strong hands-on experience in electrical design, lab testing, and troubleshooting.
  • •Ability to interpret and create electrical drawings, schematics, and specifications.
  • •Knowledge of electrical components, electrical safety, and regulatory requirements.
