Provide process and transactional support for HR systems, serving as a first point of contact for employees via case management through ServiceNow, plus chat and phone. Monitor HR inboxes, respond to requests, and escalate issues to the appropriate People Operations teams or HR leadership while meeting support service level goals.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as first point of contact for HR system and process support through case management (ServiceNow), chat, and phone.
•Provide basic navigation support for routine employee requests (e.g., address changes, application support, background check corrections, employee self-service).
•Handle intake data and update employee personal information, including HR system navigation and LOA support.
•Monitor HR inboxes and respond directly or escalate issues to Centers of Excellence, HR Directors, or Leadership.
•Work with People Operations to improve support service level agreements and help meet department KPI targets.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
•2+ years of relevant customer support experience and past data entry experience.
•Intermediate computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills to support a broad range of end users.
•Customer service mindset with basic analytical and troubleshooting skills, strong organization/detail orientation, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with SAP/HR and Workday is valued.
