•Partner with Product, Design and our Customer teams to define technical roadmap that balances time to market for innovative features with stewardship of the codebase
•Own team execution ensuring we build with quality and pace while supporting the growth of your team
•Oversee AI adoption - both enabling IC engineers to stay at the forefront, and building world class AI products with demonstrable ROI
•Partner with other engineering leadership to make Watershed a productive, innovative and impactful place for engineers to do their best work
•Lead the Reporting team in London to scale and grow impact of the platform and products

Key Requirements

•8+ years of engineering experience; 3 years in management roles
•Experience building user-facing applications considering usability, performance and scale
•Systems thinking ability; able to grok the big picture, identify load-bearing challenges and help others focus on what matters
•Experience in leadership roles with high-performing engineering teams
•Must be willing to work from an office 4 days per week (except for remote roles)
