Teller I

Conduct cash and negotiable transaction processing with speed and accuracy while meeting service quality standards. Safeguard bank assets, set up and balance the teller station, and handle deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments. Record monetary instrument sales and assist customers in person or by telephone. Promote and cross-sell bank products, complete required BSA/AML and compliance training, and maintain a neat, well-stocked teller area.
