Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the structure, taxonomy, and upkeep of the enterprise AI knowledge library and maintain information architecture (metadata schema, labeling, page templates).
  • •Own and design role-based AI education curriculum learning pathways for investment and non-investment teams, including proficiency tiers.
  • •Plan and coordinate training events (workshops, lunch-and-learns, office hours) and manage live session logistics and promotion.
  • •Maintain training operations and analytics, including training content calendar, metrics (completion, attendance, satisfaction), dashboards/reports, and registration workflows.
  • •Develop internal communications to promote AI and training, curate success stories/use cases, maintain FAQ/troubleshooting resources, and support the AI champion network.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 175,000 - 210,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •3-5 years of experience in business analysis, content creation, or program coordination.
  • •Instructional design or curriculum development experience, including competency frameworks or leveled learning pathways.
  • •Information architecture/knowledge management experience (taxonomy design, metadata, content lifecycle governance).
  • •Fluency with enterprise AI tools, platforms, and governance concepts.
  • •Strong presentation design skills (PowerPoint) and excellent written and verbal communication.
