Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide administrative support to the HR Operations team across the employee lifecycle from entry to exit.
  • •Create and update employment references in the Haufe Zeugnismanagement System, including preparing and revising drafts.
  • •Support employees by handling inquiries via the HR service desk.
  • •Assist with organizing and running the Welcome Day for new employees.
  • •Post job advertisements in HR software and coordinate travel/hotel bookings for applicants and new starters.

Key Requirements

  • •Enrolled as a student in business administration, economics, HR management, psychology, or a comparable program with first experience in HR administration.
  • •Strong communication and organization skills, with enthusiasm for supporting the team.
  • •Ability to quickly grasp new topics and drive tasks forward in a structured, independent way.
  • •Motivated to show initiative, take responsibility, and contribute within a team.
  • •Native German and very good English skills in both written and spoken communication.
