Job Summary

Build and scale Camunda’s CI/CD infrastructure platform, treated as an internal product. You’ll design, implement, and run CI and artifact delivery systems to support high testing volume and engineering throughput without increasing developer toil. Partner with product teams to deliver a “Golden Path,” ensure reliable builds and distribution via artifact storages, and continuously improve platform processes using cloud, Kubernetes, and GitHub Actions.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop, operate, and scale Camunda’s high-load infrastructure platform used by product teams for thousands of jobs.
•Ensure new product versions are reliably built and distributed to customers via artifact storages.
•Identify and remove developer pain points in the infrastructure and iterate toward smoother processes.
•Serve as a service-oriented partner to product teams by advising on best practices and supporting adoption of tooling.
•Contribute to the team’s roadmap, technical decisions, and long-term platform vision.

Key Requirements

•Production experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration.
•Infrastructure as Code experience using Terraform, Pulumi, or Ansible.

•Experience with high-scale CI systems such as GitHub Actions or Jenkins (with self-hosted runners).
•Comfortable programming with at least one language such as Python, Groovy, Go, JavaScript, or Java.
