Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, operate, and scale Camunda’s high-load Infrastructure Platform used daily by product teams.
  • •Ensure new product versions are reliably built and distributed to customers via artifact storage systems.
  • •Identify and remove developer pain points in infrastructure by iterating toward smoother processes.
  • •Partner with product teams by providing platform capabilities, advising on best practices, and supporting adoption of tooling.
  • •Contribute to the team’s roadmap, technical decisions, and long-term platform vision.

Key Requirements

  • •Production experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes).
  • •Infrastructure as Code experience (Terraform, Pulumi, or Ansible).
  • •Experience with cloud providers (GCP, AWS, or Azure).
  • •Experience scaling high-scale CI systems (e.g., GitHub Actions or Jenkins with self-hosted runners).
  • •Comfort with at least one general-purpose language (Python, Groovy, Go, JavaScript, and/or Java) and thriving in remote, asynchronous teams.
