Key Responsibilities

•Report to the Country Manager and support business operations and strategic initiatives to drive business outcomes, ensuring cohesive and reportable execution against country priorities.
•Drive business planning and OKR tracking by rallying the broader team and implementing policies, procedures, and guidelines to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
•Lead performance management and preparation for business reviews, producing regular performance reporting/dashboards for country leadership and monitoring key strategic initiatives.
•Represent the Singapore business in the Asia Pacific Cross-border group and drive ideation, analysis, and delivery of step-change initiatives to grow cross-border revenue and market share.
•Identify and scope new business and market development opportunities; develop go-to-market plans, sales collateral, workshops, and internal guides to support customized client pitches and an end-to-end operating plan.

Key Requirements

•At least 12+ years of experience, preferably with payments and digital commerce background, strategic/business planning, project or program management, financial analysis/forecasting, and enterprise risk management.
•Proven track record delivering high-impact results across corporate strategy, growth initiatives, new market/segment, sales operations, and business strategies.
•Broad knowledge of the payments industry, including products, services, and technologies.
•Experience leveraging AI to develop systems across relevant use cases.
•Strong management skills for a fast-paced business environment, with proven ability to influence and negotiate at senior levels.
