Build strong relationships with customers in the branch and via in-person, by-appointment, and virtual channels using a digital-first mindset. Assess customer banking needs, gather and process account information, educate customers on deposit and loan products, and recommend solutions aligned to their goals. Provide an optimal client experience, open new consumer and business accounts, complete service requests, and submit credit applications, while partnering with branch teams and leveraging resources to ensure accuracy.
