Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and own the long-term vision, strategy, roadmaps, and success metrics for Adyen’s US banking products.
  • •Translate market opportunities into prioritized product direction across customer segments and verticals, identifying differentiated use cases.
  • •Lead maturation and expansion of Adyen Accounts in the US for embedded and enterprise customers, including money movement capabilities.
  • •Design how banking integrates with Payments, Capital, and Issuing to deliver seamless financial workflows and drive adoption/attach rates.
  • •Ensure regulatory rigor by partnering with Compliance, Risk, and Finance, and operating as product authority for US banking internally and with customers.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of experience in product management or adjacent leadership roles in fintech, banking, embedded finance, or similarly regulated domains.
  • •Proven experience building and scaling US-based banking or financial products that move meaningful transaction volume.
  • •Strong product leadership: setting vision, prioritizing roadmaps, and delivering measurable outcomes through cross-functional teams.
  • •Strong analytical, metrics-driven approach to decision-making and trade-offs, translating ambiguous problems into structured product direction.
