Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor inbound, outbound, inventory, returns, productivity, quality, and service KPIs to drive operational performance and control.
  • •Analyze transportation, fulfillment, inventory, service, and cost performance using internal and logistics provider data; produce actionable insights and recommendations.
  • •Support forecasting and capacity planning by tracking forecast accuracy and contributing to peak season planning and constraint mitigation.
  • •Validate warehouse, transportation, customs, and logistics charges against agreed rates and support billing controls, accruals, reconciliation, and invoice disputes.
  • •Lead continuous improvement by analyzing end-to-end processes and supporting automation, systems enhancements, SOP development, and logistics projects.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Analytics, or a related discipline.
  • •Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, fulfillment, warehouse operations, or supply chain management.
  • •Experience with warehouse operators and third-party logistics providers (3PLs) (preferred).
  • •Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • •Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools, including demonstrated use of AI-powered tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) for analysis and insights.
