Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Own local compliance topics: maintain and develop data privacy procedures and provide privacy advice, including reviewing relevant supplier/customer contracts.
  • •Handle data subject enquiries on rights such as withdrawal of consent and the right to be forgotten; advise on personal data incidents including breach notifications and remedial actions.
  • •Prepare, roll out, and track completion of local data privacy training; support issues related to training to maintain privacy knowledge and awareness.
  • •Initiate and run privacy awareness campaigns locally to ensure adequate privacy knowledge and awareness.
  • •Initiate and perform privacy assessments (Data Register and Privacy Impact Assessments) and implement local requirements of the Allianz Data Privacy Control Framework; represent the local entity with the local Data Privacy Supervisory Authority.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience in data privacy and compliance with practical knowledge of data protection regulations such as GDPR.
  • •Strong understanding of privacy impact assessments and risk management, including identifying, evaluating, and mitigating privacy risks.
  • •Experience developing and implementing data privacy policies, procedures, and control frameworks in a corporate environment.
  • •Ability to manage data subject requests and personal data incidents end-to-end, including breach notifications, remediation, and regulatory reporting.
  • •Relevant professional qualification/certification in data privacy (e.g., CIPP/E, CIPM) and a degree in Law, IT, Business, or a related field.
