Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage a team of Network Schedulers/MPS planners for the 0–3 months window and collaborate cross-functionally with Buyers, Material Planners, and Order Managers.
  • •Manage capacity vs. demand across the 0–36 months horizon by flagging exceptions and driving solutions to close gaps.
  • •Create the consensus supply plan by balancing finished goods inventory and capacity to meet demand on-time and in-full.
  • •Ensure production schedule adherence and attainment.
  • •Perform inventory policy and replenishment strategy execution, including parameters audits and performance metric reviews with improvement action plans.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 149,000 - 219,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum of five (5) years of supply chain management and planning experience for a global or multi-plant industrial company.
  • •Minimum of two (2) years experience as a leader of people or in project management.
  • •Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship, now or in the future.
