Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist with planning and coordination of subcontractor activities under the direction of the Project Manager.
  • •Monitor subcontractor personnel and installations to ensure quality control and adherence to project plans.
  • •Review manpower, material, and equipment requirements with others as designated by the supervising superintendent.
  • •Support schedule and work sequencing planning, including CPM schedule, manpower utilization, material handling, storage, and equipment use.
  • •Maintain project records (daily diaries, project logs, RFIs, submittal logs, and agreements) and support safety compliance and progress reporting.

Key Requirements
