Key Responsibilities

•Own backend reliability and run incident follow-ups, including tracing issues through observability and writing post-mortems.
•Lead and mentor ~7 engineers toward end-to-end ownership, with rapid feedback and documented standards.
•Define and enforce the AI code-review merge bar, including agent-written code safety practices.
•Drive safe, fast delivery by improving workflows for deployments and staging environments.
•Support absorption of next admin tools into Groupon IQ without reliability regressions; participate in cross-team architecture discussions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CZK 1,592,489 - 2,274,984

Key Requirements

•Strong hands-on engineering background, including shipping production code regularly.
•Experience reviewing and setting standards for AI/agent-written code, ensuring correctness through tests and human review.
•Ability to trace and debug silent workflow failures using platform observability and fix them quickly in one change.
•Leadership experience mentoring engineers toward end-to-end ownership and reliability outcomes.
