Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of experience in data science or ML engineering building production systems with measurable business impact
  • •Expert proficiency in Python and SQL, including pandas, NumPy, and scikit-learn, plus at least one major ML framework (e.g., PyTorch or XGBoost/LightGBM)
  • •Experience deploying and operating ML models with MLOps/CI/CD in a cloud production environment (AWS or GCP)
  • •Demonstrated leadership & influence skills, including translating complex technical logic into executive narratives
  • •BS, MS, or PhD in a quantitative field (data science, statistics, economics, CS, applied math) or equivalent expertise
