  • •Drive and exceed sales goals by leading ALO’s Flow initiatives, while optimizing productivity and efficiency.
  • •Ensure engagement with customers and provide a friendly and easy to shop environment.
  • •Continue to build the client relationship daily with our customers.
  • •Duties require constant movement in and around the store; complete front and back of house tasks to keep store clean, safe, inviting and operating efficiently.

  • •1+ year of prior client-facing, sales or customer service experience
  • • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and building client relationships

  • • Strong product knowledge across features, fabric, usage, design, and care; willingness to educate guests about our community and culture
  • • Comfortable with physical aspects of the role and moving around the store (standing for long periods, assisting with shipments)
