Key Responsibilities

  • •Review AP transactions for accuracy, compliance, and proper documentation, including Expensify reports.
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally to improve accuracy and completeness of financial data.
  • •Work with external auditors and consultants during interim/annual audits and assist with tax filings/registrations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in accounting or a related field.
  • •6+ years of accounting experience.
  • •Excellent Excel and Office skills.
  • •Ability to work independently, be proactive, and manage multiple priorities while meeting tight deadlines.
  • •High accuracy and strong organization/detail orientation; NetSuite ERP experience is strongly desired.
