  • •Ensure assigned customers maximize ROI from their Autodesk partnership.
  • •Co-create and execute tailored Customer Success Plans aligned to customers’ mission-critical priorities, adoption plans, and desired business outcomes.
  • •Orchestrate Customer Success planning and execution, holding customers, Autodesk teams, and Channel Partners accountable for actions.
  • •Document and communicate business value via value stories that demonstrate measurable outcomes.
  • •Assist onboarding, identify at-risk customers with low adoption, and partner cross-functionally to drive customer success motions.

Salary: USD 92,000 - 165,770 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree in Architecture, Design, Business Administration, or a related field, plus 2 years of experience in the job offered or in an architect/designer-related occupation.
  • •Demonstrated expert-level knowledge of Revit and Dynamo to establish and execute tailored BIM project plans, including BIM workflows, templates, and standards.
  • •Proven ability to guide and train design professionals on digital workflows such as transitioning from CAD to BIM, troubleshooting Revit issues, and educating management for full adoption of firm-wide standards.
  • •Direct experience analyzing Revit model health indicators and maintaining model integrity to support proactive coordination strategies.
  • •At least 1 year of experience using Python scripting within Dynamo (e.g., automating data extraction from Revit models and generating geometry from external data).
