Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive strategy, innovation and excellence within the Fire and Life Safety Service Line.
  • •Shape outcomes for clients and stakeholders by optimizing commercial performance, project delivery, and team capability.
  • •Deliver smart design solutions across all facets of Fire and Life Safety engineering for a diverse range of projects.
  • •Combine technical expertise with leadership to guide project teams and multidisciplinary projects.
  • •Based in Christchurch or Wellington, contributing to a national team across offices.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum of 10 years’ professional experience in Fire Engineering.
  • •Experience in developing new business by identifying and capitalising on opportunities to increase revenue, and profit, and expand market penetration
  • •Proven ability and track record in managing multidisciplinary projects through the full spectrum of the project life cycle and delivering according to quality, time and budget requirements.
  • •Demonstrated ability to lead and manage project teams.
  • •Expertise in service line – recognised name within NZ as leader in delivering Fire and Life Safety engineering services for a wide range of clients
