Job Summary

Help move vehicles through auction lanes during sale days, safely driving and staging cars in the correct lot areas. Follow ADESA and Carvana safety procedures at all times, including seatbelt use and parking practices, and promptly report breakdowns, maintenance needs, and any driving-related incidents to a supervisor or lane captain. You’ll receive training and work about one day per week on Tuesdays.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive vehicles across the auction block following safety guidelines, including seatbelt use and correct stop positioning.
•Safely move, stage, and park vehicles in the correct lot area.
•Advise a supervisor or lane captain immediately of breakdowns and maintenance needs.
•Follow company safety policies and procedures at all times, practicing conservative and courteous driving habits.
•Report driving-related incidents and issues (including citations, warnings, accidents, and mechanical problems) to a manager or supervisor.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 12 hourly

Key Requirements

•Be at least 18 years of age.
•Be qualified to operate a motor vehicle and possess a valid driver’s license.
•Have basic computer skills.
•Be able to work outdoors under any type of weather conditions.
•Be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
