Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and own product vision, strategy, and roadmap for B2B Expansion growth initiatives, including improving free-to-paid conversion, trial activation, and SMB/mid-market retention.
  • •Develop hypotheses, design and run A/B tests, analyze results, and translate findings into product decisions and next steps.
  • •Use data from dashboards, funnel analyses, and behavioral signals to prioritize high-impact opportunities and measure feature success.
  • •Partner cross-functionally with go-to-market, engineering, and design to launch features that contribute to revenue generation and new product monetization.
  • •Be a customer advocate throughout the product lifecycle to keep the team focused on customer needs.

Key Requirements

  • •A bachelor’s degree is required.
  • •Strong interest in product-led growth (PLG), including free-to-paid conversion mechanics.
  • •Comfort with A/B testing, including writing test charters, designing experiments, running tests, and analyzing results.
  • •Strong data orientation: defining success metrics and using quantitative insights to guide prioritization and strategy.
  • •Experience building or working with AI-powered features or products, with strong interest in continuing to grow in this area.
