Key Responsibilities

  • •Produce and review liquidity risk reports and monitoring metrics for assigned geographies, including Internl Liquidity Metric, PRA 110, LCR, NSFR, AMM, and related reports.
  • •Provide liquidity monitoring reports to sites (e.g., Wholesale Mismatch Report, daily LCR) and ensure SLA performance standards are met or exceeded.
  • •Produce and review ALCO packs to support Asset Liability Committee decisions on liquidity adequacy, capital adequacy, structural funding profile, IRRBB, and transfer pricing policy.
  • •Understand business requirements, interpret data, analyze business performance, and provide commentaries to facilitate business decision-making.
  • •Coordinate closely with in-country finance teams globally and develop independent improvements and drive changes.

Key Requirements

  • •Qualified CA (Chartered Accountant)/CWA/CPA/CFA/MBA (Finance)/PGDBM-Finance with 8+ years post-qualification experience, or commerce graduates with 5+ years in accounting/financial reporting and management reporting.
  • •Hands-on experience of liquidity or regulatory reporting.
  • •Deep understanding of bank balance sheet with strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • •Working knowledge of IFRS and IAS reporting frameworks and financial analysis for global consolidation/management reporting.
  • •Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to build effective stakeholder relationships across seniority and geographies.
