Senior Account Manager responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with strategic customers in Bangkok, orchestrating cross-functional teams to meet account objectives, drive profitable sales, and coordinate multi-year account plans across turbomachinery and industrial solutions for Oil & Gas and petrochemical customers in Thailand and Vietnam.

Key Responsibilities

•Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts, focusing on major 3-4 accounts to develop detailed account plans.
•Coordinate involvement of company personnel, including support and Greenfield teams, to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations.
•Meet targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives by winning orders, enabling easy migration for customers, driving upgrades/retrofits, and supporting project stages.
•Proactively leads a joint company-strategic account planning process that defines mutual objectives, financial targets, and milestones for 1-3 years.
•Lead solution development efforts addressing customer needs, coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel.

Key Requirements

•University engineering degree; 10+ years of strategic sales experience in a B2B environment within a technical solutions space, with extensive experience with major Oil & Gas and petrochemical customers in Thailand and Vietnam; 5+ years in turbomachinery controls or automation is required.
•Experience in successful Major Accounts Management in Thailand & Vietnam market.
•Experience or demonstrated capabilities in managing and leading direct and indirect sales channels (channel partners).
•Strong business and commercial acumen; ability to position against competition, price to win, structure deals to win, and reduce risk while winning.
•Excellent presentation, communication, and contract negotiation skills; proficient in English and Microsoft Office/CRM tools.
