Key Responsibilities

  • •Own product features end to end: scope customer needs, design the solution, build across the stack, ship, and support post-release.
  • •Gather user input through customer calls and product usage to decide what should exist and how features should behave.
  • •Build and evolve core product surfaces including Chat, Agents, Workflows, mobile, and admin tooling.
  • •Lead delivery in small squads (2–3 engineers), connecting work to Linear tickets and shipping via PR with CI and AI review.
  • •Operate with production ownership—lead fixes if something breaks and verify changes after release.

Key Requirements

  • •3 to 6 years of full-stack experience shipping production software that real users rely on.
  • •Strong TypeScript, React, and Node.js skills, with comfort working with Postgres and Redis.
  • •Able to take a vague problem and scope, implement, test, and iterate into a shipped feature.
  • •Understanding of how LLMs behave, including context windows, tool calling, streaming, and provider differences.
  • •Experience or proof of shipping end-to-end (side projects, open source, or products with real users).
